As one of its original founders, Jim incorporated Energy
Management Systems in 1978 as a 3M-authorized Dealer /
Applicator of 3M window films. With his devotion to
client satisfaction, he grew EMS into a regional provider
of energy and security solutions. Because of EMS’
success in the industry, the 3M Company awarded Jim
the Northeast distributorship of its window films. Today, EMS remains in the industry through its sister company, Energy Products Distribution.
Manny joined EMS in February 2002 after graduating from
the General Electric Financial Management Program. As
marketing leader of Energy Products Distribution, Manny creates revenue and market share for 3M Window Film Dealers
through targeted marketing campaigns and the creation
of strategic alliances with industry partners. Using
technology as the backbone of his go-to-market strategy,
Manny has increased leads and reduced lead generation
cycle time from two days to less than an hour.
After heading marketing efforts for Jamba Juice and Whole Foods, Troy joined EMS in November 2002 as its business development leader. As he transitioned his role to Energy Products Distribution, Troy is responsible for window film dealer recruitment and the ongoing education of them.
